Morning: Max clean then… 10 Rounds for time: 7 pullups 7 wallballs 20lbs. Time: 10:25 rxd.  Back to the grind this morning.  Will try to hit this week pretty hard. 13 days until the marathon. PM: 9.7k run. time 51m41s.

Max Pullups  then… 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 #75 Snatch Wallballs Time: 11:13.  Pullups: 18.  Amazed that I managed 18 pullups in a row.  Big improvement from September when I got 14. PM: Run. Distance tba.

How does the current rally compare?

My favorite economist posted this chart on his website and it gives some perspective.   We’re currently below average in both % (degree of the rally) and length.  Ok.
