Morning: Max clean then… 10 Rounds for time: 7 pullups 7 wallballs 20lbs. Time: 10:25 rxd. Back to the grind this morning. Will try to hit this week pretty hard. 13 days until the marathon. PM: 9.7k run. time 51m41s.

How does the current rally compare?
My favorite economist posted this chart on his website and it gives some perspective. We’re currently below average in both % (degree of the rally) and length. Ok.
