I’ve wanted to take a stab at this for a long time. Finally did it.
Step 1: Make the filling. Pork, green onion, soy sauce , rice wine, ginger, and a few other things
Step 2: Make into balls. Put cornstarch on top to prevent sticking.
Step 3: Cook in the wok for a few mins until brown all over. Don’t cook the whole way thru.
Step 4: Place in sha guo. Put a bunch of bai cai on the bottom. Then put some boiling broth on top and simmer for 1.5 hours.
Step 5: Done!
