Todays circuit workout. My bench and pushups are clearly getting stronger… but abs are not. Crap crap crap
Climb up Koko Head was pretty good. Time up 20m even. Time down was a new PR at 5m50s.
I ended the day with my pushup workout from www.hundredpushups.com. I did 5 sets: 20-25-15-15- and the max set I managed 30.
