Sunday Workout

I moved my weekend workout to Sunday taking Saturday off.  I think this helped end my ever weakening pushup and bench press numbers.
 
The hike up Koko Head was pretty fast.  17:47 up and 5:55 down.  I would have been a tad faster but got stuck behind a few people both ways.
 
Did a 1.5mile run today in 10:39 as well… man.. 4 seconds off of 5 points!
