Workout of the Day (x2)


Morning:

 Helen:  3 rounds for time:

400m run
21 KB swings
12 pullups

Time: 12:57.  Did fine on the run but the KB swings took a toll on my already sore back. If this keeps up much longer I’m going to have to take some time off.

Afternoon: 3.5mile (5km) run. Time: 33:12
