Workouts of the day (x2)

Morning: Very hard WOD today.

As many rounds as possible in 20 min:
Run 125m
 
*increase number of wall balls and burpess by 4 each round.
 
Score: I managed 6 rounds and about 50m in 20min.   I then ran my 1.5km run.
 

Afternoon: Can’t believe I did it… ran up to the top of my street!  It is 2.6km from my house to the top with a gain of about 400m in elevation.  It took me 23m40s to get up and 15m20s to go down.  Here is the picture from google map with my route in yellow.

Took this picture a long time ago. Here is my steet.  Can’t see the lower part because of those trees.
