Workout of the day (x2)

Two cardio workouts today.

Morning: Ran for 33 mins.  Not sure of the distance. Should be around 5k.

Afternoon: Beach workout at Repulse Bay.

4 Rounds for time. Middle pushups and squats are done on the swim platform.

1 round equals:

Swim 150m
20 Pushups
20 Squats
Swim 150m
20 Pushups
20 Squats

Time: 31:14.  The swimming was hard!
 

Its not Hawaii… but I thought a bit cleaner than Malaysia.
