Workout of the day

Back to Repulse Bay for my beach workout!

4 Rounds for time. Middle pushups and squats are done on the swim platform.

1 round equals:

Swim 150m
20 Pushups
20 Squats
Swim 150m
20 Pushups
20 Squats

Time: 27:10 compared to 31:14 last time.  To be fair tho, last time I did 5k in the morning while today I was fresh.
