Morning:

As many rounds as possible in 15 mins

3 pullups
3 ring dips
5 box jumps

+10 box jumps each round.

Score: 6 rounds + 3 pullups, 3 dips, and 41 jumps. Score: 6 rounds + 3 pullups, 3 dips, and 41 jumps. Totals: 18
dips, 18 pullups, and 185 box jumps.  Never thought i’d have a workout
in which I wanted to do more pullups!   Also ran 1.5km after.
