Morning: really really really hard WOD today. 

5 Rounds for time

Run 540m with a #20 medicine ball
15 jerks 95lbs
45 single jump ropes

Time: 29:32. The run was just awful.

PM: 5.4km run: Time: 32m42s – slow today due the 9am killer medicine balls.
