Thursday Pig Feet

Hadn’t made 豬腳 in a long time so decided to whip up some.
 
First, caramelize some sugar and oil.  Then add ginger and garlic.  After a few mins add some 米酒 (seen below). Next, add the 豬腳.

Lastly, put in a  沙鍋 with some soy sauce and water and slow cook for a few hours.

When done, it should look like this:

I ate with some brown rice.
