The Best Beef Brisket

Start off by coating your meat with a dry rub over night in the fridge.  The one I use has peperika, garlic powder, brown sugar, dry mustard, and salt.  Take them out of the fridge and put on a pan like this.

Bake in the oven at 300’f for about 6-8 hours.  You want them to be pretty soft.

Next, get your favorite bbq sauce.  I can’t not use the Bone Suckn one even though it costs $7.  So good.

Toss the meat and sauce in a slow cooker and put on high heat for about 1-2 hours more.

I ate with yesterday’s leftover squash.  The meat was so tender I didn’t even need the knife.
