Costco had some beef ribs in not-so-gigantic packages yesterday so I decided to buy some. I made a sauce consisting of kechup, water, vinegar, tomato paste, and brown sugar. I put all of this in the slow cooker.
Looking back, I should have cut off some of this fat. Anyways, put the beef ribs in the slow cooker.
This being Hawaii, why not add some pineapple.
Cook on low for 8 hours. Looks like this at the end.
Pretty good but maybe a tad too sweet. Will cut down the brown sugar next time. Maybe no sugar and just lots of pineapple?
