Workouts of the day


First day back!  I am not able to lift or do the normal wod, but I am able to warm up with everyone else and then do a baby wod on my own.

Morning: 7-6-5-4-3-2-1 
-pullups
-pushups
-squats

Time: 8m5s.  I was amazed that I did the first 7 pullups unbroken.  A true miracle after 4 months of back mess.

Afternoon: 30min walk.
