Workouts of the day

Morning:

As many rounds as possible in 15min:

5 DB squat cleans (+5 per round)
5 pushups (+5 per round)
5 cleans

Finished the 5th round (25 db cleans, 25 pushups, 5 cleans) and 2 extra cleans.  This one just killed my arms.

PM: 5.5km run. Time: 32m46s!  Best time since the injury.
