Morning:

Max L-Sit. 3 rounds:

8 seconds, 17 seconds, and 14 seconds.

What is an L sit?  This:
 
WOD:

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1

burpees
handstand pushups
24” box jump

Time: 16m12s

Afternoon:

Felt a bit crazy so decided to run up to the top of my street.  Had not done this since the fall. It is 2.6km from my house to the top with a gain of about 400m in
elevation. Time up was 26m40s and down 14m26s.  That is about 3 mins slower up, but 1min faster down than last fall.  Not bad considering my recent time under the knife.
