Birthday Workout

Last year I completed the Murph workout on my Birthday and this year Kelly was up on the docket.

Kelly:

5 Rounds :

400m run
150 wall ball #20
150 24 inch box jumps

Time: 31:40.  Very very hard made more difficult by the Celtics loss.
