Daging Masak Kicap (Malaysian Beef W/Soy Sauce)

Broke out my Malaysian cookbook and decided to make their version of beef stew.

Orange juice & lime juice was my substitute for tamarind.  Add this to curry paste, ketchup, salt, and some vinegar.

Add this sauce to the beef.

Slice up 6 onions and some ginger + garlic.


Saute up…

Add some carrots.

Add water and boil down.  Came out nice in the end.
