Workout of the day

Max front squat: 195lbs.  I know I could have done more, but as this was the first time doing heavy fronts, I didn’t want to push it.

Did JT today which is a lot harder than it looks.

Handstand pushups
Ring dips
Pushups

Just an awful combination.  Was doing the pushups 1 at a time after the second round. Time: 13:25. Used 2 abmats for the HSPU.
