Morning:

9.7km run. Time: 55m36s.

Afternoon:

5 rounds for time.

20 pullups
20 shifting pushups
20 jumping squats
20 med ball wood chops
20 box jumps
170m run

time: 31:30.

First time I did crossfit in the park.  Very different from what we do at Crossfit Oahu.
