Workouts of the day

Seriously gassed today from yesterday’s 15k and Crossfit certification seminar. Yoga will also be hell tonight. Rest day tomorrow.

Morning:

1-2-3-4-5-4-3-2-1

Squat cleans (i used 145 to start before going down to 135 after the third round)
Handstand pushups

time: 13m04s. Bringing up the rear today.

Afternoon:

10 rainbows (120m hill sprint) with 10 double unders at the top. Time: 19m2s.
