Workouts of the day

Morning:

24 weighted lunges (I used 115 lbs)
8 rope climbs (i went 1/2 way)
12 lunges
4 rope climbs
6 lunges
2 rope climbs

time: 15m25s.  After finishing I finally figured out how to use the correct feet positioning on the rope.  Next time should be a lot easier.

Afternoon: 9.7km run.  Time: 55m55s
