Morning:

7 Rounds

10 Calorie row
5 DB Snatches & 5 OH Squats (right)
5 DB Snatches & 5 OH Squats (left)
10 ring dips

time: 22:24.  Rx was 50lb dumbbells which I used for the first 2 rounds before switching to 35s.  The snatches were ok but I just couldnt keep the 50’s over head after the 2nd round.

Afternoon: Yoga
