Morning:

42 snatch deadlifts

9 thrusters

30 snatch deadlifts

6 thrusters

18 snatch deadlifts

3 thrusters

rx: 135lbs.  Time: 13:10.  Bringing up the rear today as I did full rx weight which is a lot for me. Extremely careful about my back on the deadlifts.

PM: 5.2k Hill run. Time: tba
