Rope climb hell.

10 15 foot rope climbs
100 double unders
2630m run
1000m row

Time: 38:44.  First time I did full rx with the rope climb.  Almost fell off the top a few times and destroyed my hands but I did it. yay.

Afternoon: 9.7k. Time tba.
