score: 238.  20% better than last year.

Being the numbers person I am, I tried to plan out how best to approach the workout.  I was surprised at how close my actual numbers were to what I had planned.  I was thinking that maybe my mind made it come true, but, the truth is that once this workout starts all hell breaks lose.
