Workout of the day

Morning:

21-15-10

Deadlift (185lbs)
Burpees

Time: 8:35. Bringing up the rear today, but, doing rx weight.  Have to be very careful with dead lifts especially these medium weights. Mitch and I also did a set of max pullups post workout.  We both did 15 in a row.

Afternoon:  5.4k run. Time 30m50s.  Leg is killing me.
