3 Cleans (all with #95 lb)
6 Front Squats
3 Press/PPress/Jerk (just get bar overhead)
15 Wallballs #20

Time: 8:46.   Did Rx but was bringing up the rear.

Afternoon: 9.7k Run. Time tba
