Workouts of the Day

Morning:

75 situps
5 thrusters (135lbs is rx)
50 situps
10 thrusters
25 situps
15 thrusters

Time: 13:31. The situps were no problem, but, the 135lb thrusters were extremely difficult for me.  I was doing sets of 1 and 2 on the last 15.

Afternoon:

Run. 5.4k time: 30m14s
