Workouts of the day

Morning:

21-15-9
-Power snatch (95lbs)
-burpee pullups

Time: 12:19.  I did rx today without too much trouble.  I couldn’t go fast as taking a load from ground to shoulder or above is always slightly scary for my back.  Tried to keep good form which I did (minus a slightly narrower than Courtney liked grip).

Afternoon: 9.7k run. Time: 53m27s
