Workouts of the Day

Morning:

50 double unders
10 overhead squats
40 double unders
8 overhead squats
30 double unders
6 overhead squats
20 double unders
4 overhead squats
10 double unders
2 overhead squats

Time: 11: 47. Used #95 for the over head squats.  Tried to go slow today as I’m still tired from Sunday’s race.  This really slowed me down on the double unders.  Starting to pick it up on the oh squats.

Afternoon:  9.7k run. Time: 55m0s
