Workouts of the Day

Max Snatch: 115.  Didn’t push it.

3 rounds 60 seconds each:

95lb push press
#20 wall ball situps
1 legged squats

score: 129.  Had be very careful on the squats.  Did 4:1:  4 good side, 1 bad side.  Felt ok.  Also followed it up with a 1.5k run. Hip feels so so.  Seeing my PT this afternoon and the Doc on Monday.  Keeping my fingers crossed.

PM: Maybe a run. Will see what Elie says.
