Workouts of the Day

Morning:

80 double unders
70 squats
60 situps
50 jumping lunges
40 pushups (with release at the bottom)
30 pullups
20 med ball cleans (#20)t
10 one legged squats (each leg)

time: 19:20.  Did rx today.  My hip/right leg was very weak on those one legged squats. Managed to grunt my way through.

PM: 5 or 10K run. Not sure yet.
