Morning:

max situps in 2min… then

5 Rounds for Time

1 rope climb
10 ring rows (on 20 inch box)
250m row

time: 16:39. I did rx today. yay. Rope climbs always suck but the ring rows were god awful.  They are very easy with your feet on the ground.. yet infinitely more difficult when you are parallel to the ground.

Pm:  Really want to go on a run.  I feel good.  Hopefully I can get out of the store in time.
