Workouts of the Day

Morning:

5 min squat hold then…
max reps 135lb front squat
rest 5min
max reps 95lb front squat
rest 5min
max reps 65lb front squat
5 min squat hold

score: Did rx today. 14+31+65 on the front squats.  Felt pretty good and didn’t empty the tank. 12 days until the marathon.

Pm: Run. Time/distance tba.
