Workout of the Day: We’re not leaving until this x-mas ham gives me a rope climb!

Morning:

Pure hell today.  The double unders just kill me every time leaving no energy for those rope climbs.

50 double unders
40 thrusters (45lbs)
30 pushups with hand release
4 rope climbs
540m run/walk with 45lb plate
25 double unders
20 thrusters
15 pushups
2 rope climbs
270m run/walk with 45lb plate.

time: 24m40s.  Really feeling last nights x-mas party.
