Since I run and do crossfit everyday… eating a gigantic breakfast is very important. I’ve been eating 4 eggs, potatoes, sausage, and what ever else I happen to have in my fridge every day for the past 8 months. Most recently, I have taken to making omelets. I picked up some Taiwanese sausage, potatoes, peppers, and of course eggs at the market a few days ago. After this mornings 10K it was time to make the first big breakfast in Taipei.
The sausage was quite different from the American ones but very nice. Since I got them right from the butcher (will take a picture of this later on) I’m sure they were fresh with limited chemicals. The only thing I am dying for is some better hot sauce as the one I bought wasn’t too good. Next time.
