Workout of the Day

12-8-4-8-12

pullups
db snatch #40lbs
OH lunges #86lbs

Time: 16m20s. I did this workout 3 months ago and was 1.5mins faster, however, today I added about 11lbs on the OH lunges and 5lbs on the snatches.  Doing these WODs solo is also pretty hard.  Almost Rx weight on the OH lunges now.
