I’ve been working out with my two Taipei crossfit buddies for a few months now but today was the first time we did a real workout together. In the past, we sort of did our thing (especially since I am often teaching others). In any event, today was our first group workout and we’ll definitely be doing more since it clearly made us all push more than we otherwise would have.
