Workout of the Day

Today’s workout was a real barn burner.  Yikes.

5 rounds for time

15 toes to bar
15 KB sings (i used a 50lb dumbbell)
15 lunges
15 Sumo deadlift highpull (95lbs)
15 broad jumps

time: 34:49.    Totally dead. Below is what was left of me after the workout.
