228 Museum

The Economist had a good article about this museum reopening last week so I decided to take a look.  228 refers to a protest by local Taiwanese that was violently put down by the ruling KMT.   Some folks on the green side here in Taiwan claim that museum’s exhibits were toned down during the recent renovations.  After visiting, I would tend to agree with them.

Admission was only 20 NT (10 if you have a student ID). Free on Wednesdays.
