Workout of the Day

Have been very ill the past week and although I’m still coughing a tiny bit but finally made it back the gym.  Rather than take it easy, I did a pretty hard workout.  Felt tired but no worse after completing.

5 Rounds for time

500m row
50 pushups

time: 26:53.   Thats 2500m of rowing and 250 pushups.  What did you do today?
