Workout of the Day

Did a nice workout this morning at the local 24 hour fitness.  Very nice facility and empty at 730am on a Sunday morning.  Enjoyed a quick swim and hottub post wod.

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1  of front squats (#95) with 20 situps and 5 pullups each round.

Total of 200 situps, 100 pullups, and 55 front squats.  Time: 18:45
