Workout of the Day

Back to Hawaii for a week so I get to workout out with my old friends at Crossfit Oahu.  Miss you guys!

3 Rounds

9 wide grip deadlifts
3 squat snatches
9 OH squats
21 pullups
21 dips

time: 19m6s.  Yikes.  The rx weight was 135 and I didn’t even do 1/2 that.  Jet lag and being lazy in Taiwan took a toll.  Back at it tomorrow.
