Workout of the Day

First workout @ Crossfit LA

Every 7 mins….
Run 800m
then AMRAP in time remaining 10 deadlifts (155lbs), 34 inch box jump
x4 rounds

Score: 9 complete rounds rx’s. The run was no problem for me.  I was consistently #3 (out about 25 people) . Being nice to my back, i’m always super slow on deadlifts.  The jumps were awful!
