Workouts of the Day

Morning:

3 rounds for time:

10 dead lifts #185
15 handstand pushups
20 dumbbell clean/jerks #35lbs
25 GHD situps

time: 31:55 .  This workout was hard as hell.  First time in a year that I had to switch to a modified handstand pushup.    Too much shoulder work.

Afternoon:

Move 221 kg of Ikea furniture into my apartment.  Bla
