Workout of the Day
Grace: 30 clean and jerks #135 lbs time: 8:10. Hard to do workouts like this at NTU since I am not allowed to drop the bar. Even holding onto it the whole way down angered the gym guy. Oh well.

Workout of the day: GI Jane! Oh Potato
GI Jane: 100 Burpee Pullups Time: 20:47. I think I should get an Rx + for this workout as the pullup bar is about 8 inches too tall for me. Made this workout all the more difficult.
